Grand Haven, Michigan...Borns LLC added a member to its branding and marketing services group.

Luchi Nelson joins Borns as the marketing research and planning lead. Nelson was formerly sales and marketing manager for Cebu Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of the biggest real estate developer in the Philippines, Ayala Land. In addition to Nelson's 13 years of marketing management experience, she sat on the boards of numerous business and marketing organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of San Jose Recoletos.

"Luchi's market research and planning experience is proving to be very valuable to our clients," says Borns. "She has identified sales channels and venues in which to best launch new products and services. As well, Luchi has helped clients identify the most viable segments for them to pursue. She comes from the client side and offers much objectivity. She also has managed and trained sales forces and knows how to integrate marketing and sales."

Luchi and her husband Matt and four children live in Grand Haven Township.
