Visitors now view 30% more pages than they did on the previous Hapman site. Because visitors are getting the information they need from the site, fewer lit requests are made. Now visitors are more readily submitting RFPs online. In one product category all inquires come through the new on-line RFP section. The result is a shorter sales cycle for Hapman.
