- From US-131 in Grand Rapids, take I-96 west for 21 miles.
- Take the M-104/Grand Haven and Spring Lake exit #9 (exit to the left).
- Follow M-104 west approximately 5 miles to the Village of Spring Lake.
- Drive through Spring Lake; stay in the left lane as M-104 crosses over Spring Lake and curves to the left under the US-31 overpass.
- Merge with US-31 south and cross the Grand River drawbridge.
- Turn right/west on Washington (the third traffic light after the bridge).
- Follow Washington for approximately 8 blocks.
- Harbourfront Place is on the corner of First Street, on the right/north side. Turn right immediately past the building into the parking lot.
- Borns is located on the third floor, suite 390.

From Traverse City, Muskegon, and other points north

- Take US-31 south to Grand Haven (approximately 14 miles from Muskegon).
- After crossing the Grand River drawbridge into Grand Haven, turn right/west at Washington (the third traffic light after the bridge).
- Follow Washington for approximately 8 blocks.
- Harbourfront Place is on the corner of First Street on the right/north. Turn right immediately past the building to the parking lot.
- Borns is located on the third floor, suite 390.

From Chicago, St. Joseph, Holland, and other points south

- Take I-196 north to US-31 north.
- Take US-31 north to Grand Haven, approximately 20 miles from Holland.
- The first main road in Grand Haven is Robbins Road; pass two more traffic lights after Robbins, and then turn left/west at Franklin Street (the downtown/waterfront exit).
- Franklin ends at Harbor Drive; turn right/north. Follow Harbor Drive two blocks to Columbus.
- Turn right on Columbus; then take an immediate right into the Harbourfront Place parking lot.
