Borns conducted a survey of Agility's clients that revealed what was most important to them was Agility's willingness to be adaptable, agile, and responsive to the needs of the customer. Borns coined the word flexagility™ to convey this distinction.
The brand concept also addresses the recruiting side of the business. There is a nationwide shortage of therapists and hiring presents a challenge in itself. So, Agility also offers professionals flexagility when it comes to their individual careers.
